**Introduction: **

In July 2019, a water treatment system was installed in the endoscopy department at Halton General Hospital to ensure reliable and efficient operation. However, following a sudden change in the water supply to the hospital, the system was unable to function, preventing the supply of water.

With Hubgrade digital solution, our experienced team, through remote access to the hospital's portal dashboard, was able to remotely identify and resolve the problem within half an hour. This prevented significant disruption on site that could have negatively affected the level of care provided to hospital patients.
